I'm Em
I'm Co-Founder and Coach of True Colours Co as well as Counselling Psychologist.
I'm passionate about helping women create success, impact and a thriving life, their way!
I'm married to Andy Wilks (Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of True Colours Co) as well as mum to our 5 year old, Jack!
We live on Wadawurrung Country by the water on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
My professional background is in senior leadership, psychology, behaviour change and business.
I led multimillion $ business units in large organisations for several years, before going out on my own in 2016 and turning my deep passion for assisting women to follow their dreams, into a successful coaching business.
I also operated a private psychology practice for 4 years, which I closed in 2020, to go full time in my coaching business.
Though I socialised in evidence based circles in my leadership and professional life, I found myself hiding my spiritual side for many years.
Early in 2020 I found myself feeling completely stuck. I was working hard and putting my heart and soul into my business. BUT, I felt I couldn't BE fully myself.
One day, I decided to trust myself, let go of the unrealistic standards I'd placed on myself and just BE ME.I knew that to create the life I dreamed of, I needed to follow my heart and inner wisdom, instead of what the world was telling me I 'should' be doing...
I now help impact driven women step into leadership, clarity, inspiration and self-trust, so they can create success, impact and a thriving life, their way!

I'm not your typical coach.
I'm not here to tell you what to do.
To impart my knowledge and wisdom.
To share my experience or advice.
I'm here to help you shed the beliefs, doubts and fears that have been blocking your clarity.
Under all these layers you know exactly what you want to achieve and when. You know where to look for the help you need.
And you know you can trust your inner wise self to lead the way.
But these layers are so ingrained with us and so powerful we accept them as fact, sometimes for years before we suddenly realise... they were just a mistaken belief. Or an outdated story that served us at the time.
That are now simply getting in the way of us clearing the path forward towards our dreams.
I'll help you uncover what's been blocking you, so you can clear your path forward, and turn your dreamButtons into reality.
